Why we created the Rooted program
Our redemption is often most powerfully experienced and displayed as we do life with the people God has placed in our circles.
Without the sacred relationships that God has called us to, Christians can be left feeling lonely, lacking guidance and support, and unsure of where their personality and gifts fit into God’s Kingdom.
And that means we all, as the entire Body, miss out.
This is perhaps especially true when it comes to relationships between believers across generations. We believe that mentoring relationships between generations are a unique expression of God’s love, guidance, and provision. But we also know that these relationships don’t always just happen on their own.
For this reason, we developed Rooted.
Rooted provides guidance and some loose structure for mentoring relationships through training videos and guidebooks. Sometimes we have individual pairings that seek out the program for themselves, or you can do it as a church or small group, pairing off your entire group into thriving mentorship relationships.
