When you sign up as a church leader, you'll receive our virtual Rooted Leadership Kit which includes:
A checklist that outlines all the tasks your leadership team needs to cover from 3 months before the mentorship program starts, all the way to its completion
A timeline to keep you all on track
A Launch Party instruction sheet
Access to all our training videos and testimonials, as well as permission to show them at your launch party and include them with your Rooted-related promotions
Mentor and mentee application forms
Access to the Sisterhood team for guidance, clarification, and support
Right now, our Rooted Leadership Kit costs $100*. This is a one-time charge, and that once a church has the kit, they can keep running the program year after year without needing to pay the fee again.
Do note, however, that buying the Rooted Leadership Kit does not pay for the entire program. Each participant will still have to purchase their own book. While we do recommend the hardcopy, we recognize that everyone’s financial situation is different, and for that reason we offer a digital version of the book at a lower cost. Church leaders should therefore have participants interested in a hardcopy pay for their books in advance, then leaders can order the final number through Sisterhood. Participants who want the digital copy can purchase it directly off our website. More details and clarification on this are included in the Rooted Leadership Kit.
One more thing:
Rooted book orders take 4+ weeks to be printed and shipped. To make sure we have enough stock, please send your book order at least 1 month prior to your Rooted launch by emailing shmpublishing@sisterhoodministries.ca

*Note: In order to keep the program as accessible as possible to individuals, the price we charge for the books is not much more than the price it costs us to print them. We hope that you’ll understand then that the $100 fee you pay for the Rooted Leadership Kit pays not only for the materials received in the kit, but also for the costs of maintaining and running the program and all its related materials on a larger scale. We ask that you see this, therefore, not only as the price for what is in the Rooted Leadership Kit, but rather as an access fee for all of the Rooted materials Sisterhood has developed, including those listed on the site without a paywall for reasons of participant accessibility.
